MODULE 6: Energetic Endocrine System and the Chakras
Monday 2 August ’21 till 30 August ’21 at 10 am CET
The Endocrine Glands secrete an intricate, potent series of hormones directly into the bloodstream, which stimulates & inhibits the chemical processes organizing the body’s cellular physiological functioning. This affects our behavior on all levels of body, mind, and emotion.
Each major chakra is an energy center associated with a major nerve plexus and endocrine gland aligned along the core of the body. The presence of energy on a cellular level is vibratory and fluid in nature. The expressive quality & effect of each endocrine gland is defined and assimilated into a whole-body movement and sound experience.
Overall program: Ten modules of five weekly 1.5 hour classes.
Each module focusing on a different body system.
Plus additional weekly small group tutorials to deepen understanding.
Subscribers unable to attend live class can access the uploaded version.

What People Are Saying:
“The active breath brings me more clarity of mind. It shows me that for real transformation I can trust my body intelligence. I experience that the feeling and embodied state bring me more details and holistic information, it puts things together!”
Lien Bossuyt ~ early childhood educator
“I definitely notice a consistent buoyancy and vitality that comes from doing a session with you. My voice feels effortless and the breath feels like it is organically integrated throughout my body, as opposed to the mechanical approach that often comes with formal vocal training.”
Julia Jamison ~ theater and voice professor
“I experience how the Active Breath connection with my voice and the knowledge of the function of the body systems influences my awareness and feeling of well-being. It becomes a process, an alive, defined experience – this lets me feel more present, more resting, more “rich”.”
Annette Siepermann ~ somatic movement educator
